
How do I update my credit card information?
Log into your Momence Account, on the website, head to My Account, update from there. If your using the Momence App, head to Account/Payment Methods and update there:


What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your membership by Credit Card or Direct Debit (BECS)?
Credit card payments are processed through the Stripe portal, and accept:

Direct debits allows you to pay directly from your bank account for both one-time and recurring purchases. To setup a direct debit, head to your Momence login page on the website: https://momence.com/login

When are monthly membership fees charged?
All monthly membership fees are charged on the 1st of each month. If you purchase a membership mid-month, your first payment will be prorated (calculated as a partial payment based on the remaining days in that month). After this initial prorated payment, you'll be charged the full membership fee on the 1st of each subsequent month.
Is there a late fee for missed payments?
We don't currently charge late fees for missed payments. However, if payments fail, your membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.
Can I put my membership on hold temporarily?
Yes, you can place your membership on hold (or freeze). Temporary holds on your membership, you'll need to contact our studio directly. This cannot be done through your customer profile.

What is your refund policy?
For specific information about our refund policy, please contact our studio directly. Refund policies may vary depending on your membership type.
What happens if I want to cancel my membership?
If you wish to cancel your membership, you may or may not be able to do this through your customer profile depending on your membership type and our studio's policies. If your membership is tied to a contract or if we have disabled self-cancellation, you will need to contact our studio directly to request cancellation.


Are there any hidden fees not included in the monthly membership?
There are no hidden fee's. The monthly membership fee, excludes GST and EFTPOS transaction fees, which unfortunately the system won't allow us to remove.
Can I transfer my membership to someone else?
We don't currently charge late fees for missed payments. However, if payments fail, your membership benefits may be temporarily suspended until payment is resolved.

What happens when a payment fails?
If your payment fails, our system will automatically attempt to process the payment again. If multiple attempts fail, your membership may be canceled or suspended. You will receive notifications about failed payments, and you can update your payment information through your customer profile.
